Just wanted to show off the cake I made Friday night and delivered Saturday for a lady in Monahans, for her son's 2nd birthday! This was probably the most challenging cake I have taken on but I enjoy the challenge with cakes to see just what I can do. I did learn a few things from making this...
1) Rice Krispie Treats
a) Don't stay stuck together as well as they make it look on Ace of Cakes
b) Not sure about homemade but premade are HEAVY
2) I must remind myself that just because the midway process doesn't look like my vision, I still can turn it into what I had in mind.
