Texas Tech Opener

Ok, so I'm a slacker, I usually have tons of pictures but not this time....just a few crappy ones. Since Isabella stayed with my mom we had an adult day. We made it to Weight Watchers on time...Alan is 1 week away from becoming a lifetime member!!! WooHoo!! Then we ran some errands, met Ricky's sister and cousin at Cap Rock Cafe for a drink and some lunch, and then headed over to Rocky LaRue's for some pre-game celebration. Brandee met up with us there and we later headed over to the game. Thanks to Brandee's family skipping out on the game opener, she asked us if we wanted to sit with her....sure we did!! They have AWESOME seats!! They had backs, the players weren't ants and no stinky people leaning back in your personal space. I thought I was in Red Raider Football Heaven!! I only hope one day I will have permanent seats where they do!!! **Maybe when Isabella is Brandee's age!!** But many thanks go out to her and her family for allowing us to sit there!!! Cassie met us at the gate and joined us for the game as well. After the game that should have been better than it was we headed to Cujo's for a SHORT after party. We are all getting old and like to be tucked in before midnight when we get the chance!! We had a fantabulous day!! Hopefully next Saturday Tech will have pulled their heads out of their butts a little further and make for a much better game against Rice!!!
